"Instant Karma" Kale Breakfast Smoothie
Makes 1 serving.
Add all ingredients into blender and blend on high for 30 seconds (or more or less, depending on the power of your blender).
Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ cup Raw Hemp Milk
- 1 cup Frozen Peaches
- 1 cup Kale, deveined
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Flax Seed, ground
- ¼ cup Blueberries
- 2 tablespoons 100% Pure Maple Syrup
Preparation
Maple syrup can be substituted with Agave Nectar, if desired.
