Summer Green Juice
Serves 1-2
I can drink this daily and not get tired of it. It’s completely refreshing and spicy (if you add enough ginger).
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber (or 2 small)
- 2 small red apples
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 handful of dark romaine leaves
- ½ lemon
- 1 chunk of ginger (to taste)
Preparation
Juice all ingredients and enjoy!!!
