Hemp Recipes

I called this “Fortifying Banana Milk” because of the protein filled hemp seeds. This is an excellent milk to have with raw cereal or grawnola. A great morning boost and so quick & easy!

This is a great smoothie to start off your day. I’m not a huge fan of green smoothies, but I really enjoy this one! Two of the few non vegan things I like to indulge in are raw honey and bee pollen. Bee pollen only for its incredible protein and vitamin content. When I add it to a smoothie (it goes really well with this one in particular) I usually throw in a tablespoon.

great for “on the go”

This smoothie is so filling and delicious! Full of omegas and proteins! I made it for the first time today and it was a great start to my morning. It’s kind of a more substantial version of my Fortifying Banana Milk, see my recipes.

Light, crispy carrot chips that can be served with your favorite dip or salsa, or just plain. The recipe was inspired by a very similar recipe for corn chips from Frederic Patenaude. Simple to make and very yummy!

I call this “Dirt and Earth” because the colors are brown and green which remind me of fresh soil and greenery. I also set up the presentation to resemble a grassy green avocado hill and sage tree. Everything used is edible. Picture coming soon!

This is by far the best ever. I have mixed some of my favorite ingredients together. You can make this in 5 minutes flat. It can be served as a hearty snack or even a filling meal. They make wonderful appetizers (use small avocados for appetizer purposes) and are great for parties. You and your guests will feel at home with yourselves and the earth when you dig (your spoon) into “the earth” and accept nature’s nourishment.

This is my hemp-ified version of a classic. Hemp provides the perfect base for this pesto. It has a slightly nutty and green taste, which compliments the cucumber and the greens as well as, well, everything else in the recipe! Hemp hearts are a great source of Omega fatty acids and easy to assimilate proteins. So, eat up!

The rice comes out so satisfying and starch like. This really works for me if I’m craving sushi stuff! Obviously, if there’s an ingredient here you don’t like, subsitute it or leave it out.

Hemp might just be my favorite food on the planet. I am repeatedly amazed by its flavor and nutritional profile, and I truly cannot get enough of it. As a growing teenager and an avid runner, the high-calorie, nutrient-dense qualities of this bar, as well as it’s simplicity to make, are why this is probably my favorite raw recipe that I have created. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I have, especially since it’s my first electricity-free recipe!

easy, light, and crunchy pizza crust. you could make it into crackers too if you wanted.
