This is a yummy supercharged bread free of flax and nuts. I have been toying with the idea of grinding dehydrated, sprouted quinoa for a while, and I was very happy with the results!
This is fabulous, I used onion instead of scallions. Also used lime instead of lemon and only a slight shake of the salt. I didn’t add the soaking water as I love my sauce thick.

About 1.5 cups of raw wheat berries (soaked overnight) 1/2 cup of wet sunflower seed pulp (from making milk perhaps) 2 teaspoons of sea salt 1 squirt of agave nectar 1/4 olive oil

Chocoholics Only!!! Much too chocolatey for the novice!!! This will satisfy the monster in most women, some may need to add more sweetness to the mix. Great as a pudding, or as ice cream… High in protein, omega 3 fatty acids, calcium and low in calories, sugar and bad fats!!!
