This smoothie tastes amazing! I love this recipe because it is very simple to make and doesn't require a lot of ingredients like some other green smoothie recipes I've seen.

I wanted to make a popsicle that was close as I can get to a coconut popsicle I had tried when I was eating cooked. So when we had young coconuts, and it was almost 101 degrees out, I came up with these. Enjoy!

Hello Kitty Shakes It Up - Coco-Choco-Cherimoya Style!
Servings:
24oz Serving

I've been having major raw choclate cravings today. I stopped using condiments of all kinds, including cacao, awhile ago but tonight I needed a little induldge if you know what I'm saying. This one is simple. It's a mixture of bitter, tart and sweet. I didn't use any added sweeteners as the cherimoya needs to act as it's own natural sweet goodness in this drink. It's very nice to be able to appreciate natural flavors without having to add stuff to jazz things up. Coconut water, caco, cherimoya. Hits the spot.

well, this is actually a very amature recipe. in fact, i havn't actually made it, as i'm kind of new to making recipes more involved than "mango cocoa pudding" and avocado salads, etc. i'm just waiting for one of you professionals to step up to the plate and perfect this (in my opinion) essential raw recipe, especially in light of the fact that i, as well as others out there on this site, were born and raised in Tennesee. it's hard being a raw foodist here! but anyway, i got the idea from humanimal's "morning flax breakfast".

will combine with all high-fat proteins (except cashews and peanuts), acid fruits, high-water content vegetables, and avocadoes.
