Mock Turkey Dip

Servings:
4 dinner servingsI made this for Thanksgiving and I've found myself making it every few weeks since then! It's really good in lettuce wraps or as a veggie dip (broccoli, pepper, and carrots). The sage is really essential for a Thanksgiving taste. I realize this is very nut heavy so don't eat too much at once... even though I know how addicting it is!! hahaha
I found the recipe here: http://www.fromsadtoraw.com/Recipes/MockTurkeyLoaf.htm

Based on Rose Lee Calabro's Zucchini Bread, I made this dehydrated apple-cinnamon currant loaf when I ran out of zucchini and still had 3 cups of wheat berries left.
