Crunchy Breakfast Banana Mash

Servings:

This morning I was craving something other than my usual smoothie. A few weeks ago I made buckwheat crispies, and didn't really like them as a plain cereal (I am pretty new to eating raw, so my taste buds are still used to SAD flavours). I wanted something cruncy and cereal like (I also wanted to use some of these buckwheat crispies up)

Garlic Dill Crackers

I was inspired by my grandmother's seasoned oyster crackers I used to eat as a child. I remember them being very strong in garlic, dill and salt. Sometimes I crave a savory, salty crunch and these hit the spot! Throw these on a salad for some crunch!

Sun-dried Tomato Pate

This recipe is from Jennifer Cornbleet's book and love it so much I always have a batch made up. I'll use it in wraps, on top of salads or on crackers.

Triple C's (Coconut-Chocolate-Cherimoya)

Hello Kitty Shakes It Up - Coco-Choco-Cherimoya Style!
Servings:
24oz Serving

I've been having major raw choclate cravings today. I stopped using condiments of all kinds, including cacao, awhile ago but tonight I needed a little induldge if you know what I'm saying. This one is simple. It's a mixture of bitter, tart and sweet. I didn't use any added sweeteners as the cherimoya needs to act as it's own natural sweet goodness in this drink. It's very nice to be able to appreciate natural flavors without having to add stuff to jazz things up. Coconut water, caco, cherimoya. Hits the spot.

1 Beautiful Offering

What is pasta? whatever you make it to be. Rethink what we have been socialized and taught to believe is "food" - eat organic, freshly picked and live foods - nourish and honor your body, the earth and the spiritual and healing energy our Godly garden gifts have to offer us. I am currently eating mono meals to simple raw meals. All meals are based on intuitition and what I am growing myself or have on hand from my farmer's market. The least complicated the meal the easier it is for the body to digest so I am mixing no more than 3 things (max) per meal... Mono or as close to mono is my current best bet. So let me share simple recipes that are redesigned deliciousness, nutritious, easily digestible, tantalizing to the taste buds and quick to make (my meals take 5 minutes to make or under...) - Give your body a break, eat a simple, non complicated, raw meal today!
