Makizushi (lit. rolled sushi) or makimono (lit. variety of rolls) is cylindrical piece, formed with the help of a bamboo mat, called a makisu. Makizushi is generally wrapped in nori, but can occasionally be found wrapped in a thin omelette, soy paper, cucumber, or parsley. Makizushi is usually cut into six or eight pieces, which constitutes a single roll order. Below is a RAW FOOD RECIPE I came up with last night.

So I got some big Portobello Mushrooms marked down at the store although I had no idea what to use them for but I made something up out of nowhere and here is what I got so yummy! Thats the thing with raw food I can have so much fun and it'll most likely always taste good, and it will make me feel good too!
I really like Pumpkin seeds and they have lots of vitamins and minerals like Iron (which I have worried about going raw) so everyday I soak some for the next day for something either smoothie or cereal then I experimented with this after seeing a raw sesame dip video and just made it up as I went. This recipe was my 2nd attempt at and it turned out better than my first (no oil, raisins or spinach in it)
Everyone loves a rainbow, and this one you can eat! For this salad I tried to combine all the colours I possibly could. For this recipe and many more raw vegan ideas, visit my blog: http://shanghaimonkey.blogspot.com.
This is a delicious juice that will load you up with electrolytes and help flush out the kidneys. Tastes great.
