My friend, Megan, has joined me on the raw food journey and has been the main inspiration for this decadent dish. She was also a great help as we prepared our layers of cream, blueberries, and bananas. We created this as we went, having only her grandma's blueberry banana pie to replace with an organic raw version. This pie will definitely now be in the rotation of delicious raw desserts and introduced to granny of course! For more recipes visit my recipe blog http://amandanicolesmithrecipes.blogspot.com/
Plum and vanilla is a match made in heaven…this fool-style, creamy, sweet, delectable dessert is amazing yet, so simple. Two main ingredients, a bit of vanilla and some water…20 minutes and you’re done.
My recipe serves 3 people with enough left over for chef prerogative of licking out the bowl!

The un-dairy cream sauce/dressing. You can use this on your un-pasta or as a salad dressing. The savory flavor of olive oil and almonds go so well with fresh basil and garlic. Sure to please even the pickiest.
Here is a simple dessert, a sweet and tangy Lemon Sweet Cream with Winter Fruit. This time of the year it is always a challenge with the limited array of winter fruit available here in frozen Northern Germany. But the pairing of the sweet, crunchy pomegranate and tangy grapefruit is perfect for your taste buds with the lemon sweet cream. So add everything to the blender, pour into jars and top with fruit, and celebrate with us!
