I was craving two very different things, and decided to marry the two. This dish resulted! It was very good, so I decided to share it. Though I think I may do a few things differently, for the first creation of its kind, I'd have to say it turned out pretty well. I was quite satisfied and had plenty of left overs.
This is one of my current go-to meals, I have it 2-3 times a week, I love it. The soup is from The Raw Revolution Diet by Cherie Soria, Brenda Davis, and Vesanto Melina. Try it!
Kale Chips! Yum, Oh so yum.
When my Mom and I were at our local health food store, we saw these kale chips that were called "Quite Cheezee Kale Chips", and they were SO EXPENSIVE, but the best kale chips ever! So I took off the ingredients, and sort of made up my own version of the one at the store, and it tastes very close to the one we bought, but a lot cheaper.
