Makes about 2-3 Cups of base chocolate mixture to use on it's own, or to add mix insThis is an excellent raw, completely solid chocolate bar. It can also be made into chocolate chips (that are errily identical to Hershey’s) by dropping the mixture onto a parchment/waxed paper/plastic wrap lined cookie sheet with a pastry bag and fine tip.
Add vanilla and almonds for a Hershey’s Goodbar-esque bar
Add mint extract for a deliciouly smooth minty bar

Appx 12 trufflesReminicent of an Almond Joy, these truffles are a great pick-me-up and they take only 15 min to make! Kids love to make (and eat) these too! They are great to pack in a lunch or for travelling.
