I bought some bbq flax crackers, but they had non raw ingredients. They were great with a raw sandwich, they fulfilled that chip taste and feel that works so well with a sandwich on a picnic! So, I decided to make my own. Super easy!

This is great as a dip for veggies, you favorite crackers, or spread on your favorite raw sandwich or wrap! I got the recipe from a lady my mom knows online who eats only mostly raw, so she uses it on her regular sandwiches, too.
I have created disasters and successful accidents, and I am proud to say that this is a successful accident. I wanted to soak flax seeds for a bread recipe, and when I got around to checking their progress, all I discovered was a gooey mixture of flax seeds that would refuse to drain. I didn’t want to waste my precious flax seeds so I just popped them in the dehydrator et voila! crackers!
