Makes 2 1/2 dehydrator traysI know, another flax cracker! These have a great flavor and would be great with pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa, or any other Mexican dip.

Yileds 1 1/2 Excalibur traysBeet,Thyme and Sesame together : my very first own cracker recipe that rocks! Hope you like it too! this bread is crisp but not crumbly and has a very nice flavour and a great slightly pink colour.

Serves 4-6 depending on what you use it for.These are a delicious replacement for Mexican Chips. Wonderful with any mexican food – salsa, sunflower seed mock bean dip, taco salad, etc. A GREAT way to eat more Flax Seeds & get more OMEGA 3s! YUMMY!
