Light (Non Nut) Basic Bread

makes about 6 slices, or one full trayAbout 1.5 cups of raw wheat berries (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup of wet sunflower seed pulp (from making milk perhaps)
2 teaspoons
of sea salt
1 squirt of agave nectar
1/4 olive oil

enough for YOU! ahaha.yummm… cookie dough! it’s really good chilled. And, you pop them in the dehyrator, you’ve got what i call breakfast cookies!
green papaya thai salad

serves about 4 generouslythis is my version of a traditional thai green papaya salad
i always get alot of raves with this dish for potlucks,it’s an easy prep as long as you have all the ingredients.tweak it as
you wish to personalize it as this is just a guide.you may use sea salt instead of nama shoyu…it depends on how dogmatic you are.
