This is pretty basic and I’m sure posted thousands of times on this page, but I wanted to contribute. In reality, this drink should be consumed at least twice a day on a raw diet, especially if you are ill. It is best to take the drink on an empty stomach and to no eat immediately afterwards. It is best to consume this drink as a breakfast juice, and for an afternoon snack.

I found the celery taste a little strong though, even after adding a few drops of stevia, but the granny smith apples gave it some punch! This was the first green smoothie I have made with banana that was not overpowered by just that flavor.
This is a wonderful juice for fall and winter. Full of ginger and lemon to give an invigorating boost. It could also be a soup, if blended until warm without the ice cubes.
i made this twice today and is so good for sugar cravings.
