I was in the mood to make something pretty tonight so I went with salad rolls. The Sweet Ginger Walnut Sauce was an experiment that turned out really well.

The best raw recipe i have ever made
I'm so excited to share with you this savory sauce I've created this week... I ate this with a so delightful sushi roll (the best I've ever had!) made of: parnsip rice (found here:http://therawchef.com/therawchefblog/raw-recipe-broccoli-hoisini-sauce-parsnip-rice, but without mac nuts or green onion, but added fresh chives), avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, shredded carrots, alfalfa and chia sprouts, bell pepper, green onion, ananas, sesame and fresh cilantro and bee balm leaves, roll in a nori and spinach lined rice paper sheet (not raw).. yum!
If you're like me, you overbuy corn at the market - So, here is a great way to put that corn to good use!
so this Salad was inspired by the rawfoods inspiration blog. its an AMAZING asian waldorf salad but i tweaked it since i really hate how every salad recipe i find is LOADED with fatty oils etc.
dont get me wrong, i love my fats, but sometimes you just need a fresh fruity salad.
