Makes 1 cup - enough for four meals or many appetizersA full-bodied thick pate bursting with flavour that reminds me of my Italian neighbourhood in Toronto. (I was trying to add a photo in the middle of a thunderstorm and the power went out! Coming soon…)

Serves 2In a mild summer flavor, this yields an mmm-aah dressing for a hungry one or a normal two in a flash. I like things simple, so this serves it up easy and with flexibility to make it your own. Lemon compliments the raspberry for a more wild, vivid taste.
