Mustard-Date-Herb Dressing

This is a great, no-fat-added dressing that really spices up your greens! It's a green color, too. :)

I think it's better with prepared mustard, but if you can find a raw one, that's great!!

Berry Simple Dressing

I usually have a bag of frozen mixed berries just for this purpose. It is easy to do out on the road. For us it usually makes enough for about four to six salads, but then I use more than my hubby does. I am still not big on salads yet so the dressing is everything!!

I havent seen this one out there so I hope I am not copying off anyone. If so, so sorry. It is just so simple I keep thinking a bunch of people have to be doing this already.

Sorry no photo I will try to work on that.

Chimichurri Sauce

My brother sent me this recipe recently. It was originally intended as a meat marinade, but I found it makes a great salad dressing and veggie dipping sauce. I would love to hear if anyone can come up with other great things to pair with this recipe.

In an effort to get creative with my already overflowing zucchini, I came up with another recipe I like. I was going to make zucchini hummus, but decided to try making a dressing using the blender instead, since it was out and the food processor wasn't! The result is great, simple and low fat. It could also be thinned to make a delicious soup. It's basically a thinned down, one step, hummus.
