This recipe is from Jennifer Cornbleet's "Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People". It's a very nice book. This recipe is just enough to top one or maybe two pasta dishes, so you don't have to worry about saving extra. The picture is the whole thing over 1 peeled and spiralized zucchini.
This broccoli dish is a big favourie nowadays.
I often eat it with different sauces. I'm now presenting the one I like the best with broccoli.
I have been inspired by a couple of the recent recipes containing pumpkin and whipped this up for lunch. It's the first time I've used raw pumpkin and it has a wonderful sweet and clean taste.
