Portobello Mushroom Cap Burgers In The Raw
This recipe is an amazing winter treat for all those burger lovers out there who miss a warm, delicious sandwich. It is simple to make, has great flavor and texture and can be eaten with veggies or between two slices of raw bread.
Mushrooms are fleshy, nutrient dense and low in calories, making these burgers a great option for people who are watching their weight. Moreover, mushrooms contain more vitamin D than any other vegetable, and are a great addition to the diet during winter days.
Mushrooms offer a wide range of nutrients, including essential amino acids, vitamin B, as well as minerals like copper, iron, selenium, manganese, magnesium and phosphorus. They also contain a special amino acid called ergothioneine, which is found only in mushrooms and yeasts and that functions as strong antioxidant.
The sunflower seeds are added both for their fiber, protein and essential fats, as well as for their texture and taste. I often add sunflower or pumpkin seeds to my raw vegan recipes, as I find it much easier to incorporate them in my main meals than eat them as they are.

Thai Coconut Curry Kelp Noodles W/3 Types Of Mushrooms
This is a raw thai curry coconut noodle dish with 3 types of mushrooms. You're gonna have to eyeball the amounts coz I tend to go with "a little of this and little of that" and not use measurements. Sorry.
Asian Inspired Marinated Portebello Mushroom Steak
Succulent and delicious, these mushroom steaks are just plain tasty.
Tender slices of portabello mushroom soaked in braggs or tamari, apple cider vinager and sesame oil with chopped garlic, ginger and crusted with unhulled sesame seeds. Being like a sponge the portabello will soak up all the flavors!
Tangy, aromatic and nutty flavours combine into an asian taste sensation!
Best of all this recipe takes only 5 minutes prep time (2 hours to marinate though)
Raw Vegan Makizushi
Makizushi (lit. rolled sushi) or makimono (lit. variety of rolls) is cylindrical piece, formed with the help of a bamboo mat, called a makisu. Makizushi is generally wrapped in nori, but can occasionally be found wrapped in a thin omelette, soy paper, cucumber, or parsley. Makizushi is usually cut into six or eight pieces, which constitutes a single roll order. Below is a RAW FOOD RECIPE I came up with last night.

Raw Vegan Ceviche
Ceviche is an appetizer popular in Latin America consisting of raw fish marinated in citrus (usually lime) juice. The action of the acid in the lime juice “cooks” the fish, thereby firming the flesh and turning it opaque. Onions, tomatoes and green peppers are often added to the marinade. Can be spelled seviche (which is also spelled ceviche and cebiche) depending on the region. However this is a RAW VEGAN VERSION!
