I’m not too big on spicy food, so I enjoy this salsa because it’s nice and sweet.

This is a delicious creamy soup with a little bit of kick.
I’ve been having major cravings for thick creamy soups lately and this was a great recipe to cure my craving. It’s kind of similar to my irresistable raw soup, but I changed it a bit, added/removed a few things and substituted the avocado in place of the pine nuts.
In the photo I served mine with “popcorn”, ears from one cob of corn, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast and half a teaspoon salt.
This is my favourite raw soup. It’s surprisingly thick and creamy, so full of flavour. This is my ultimate comfort food, and it’s absolutely irresistable. This is a great soup to eat when you’re craving something warm.
In the photo I garnished the soup with chopped white button mushrooms, a dollop of chickenwithagun’s herby cashew cream cheese http://goneraw.com/recipes/1165-Herby-Cashew-Cheese, and green onions. On the side I put some organic granny smith apples and kale leaves.
I challenge you to tell the difference between this and the SAD version.
Feel free to add more cucumber, I often do.
I had made this pesto salad dressing, and had to use it up before it went bad. I also had some spinach to use up so I thought I’d try to create my first raw recipe. These chips/crisps are sooooo goooood! They are very delicate too. YUM
