Thai Kelp Noodle Bowl

Servings:
2

A thai-inspired kelp noodle salad made with cilantro, sesame oil, and avocado! Yum! Very refreshing! I have made this several times, varying ingredients and amounts each time. Please feel free to adjust the amounts to your liking...this is my first original raw food recipe ever, and I am pretty impressed with it so far! I plan to add photos of it later. I like to serve in bowls with chopsticks.

Pesto Stuffed Zucchini roll ups with Red Pepper Bruchetta

Servings:
Two

I had been dreaming of a recipe I stumbled across on raw epicurean for months, I had finally attempted to it. I made a few alterations, and this is how it turned out! Absolutely delish! Even my cooked-veggie boy loved it. It will defiantly be made again in my kitchen.

Scrumptious Stuffed Mushies

Servings:
serves 1 main meal or 2 as a side dish

As a long standing raw food eater, like most of you, I have developed a knack for rummaging through my fridge, pantry and garden, and throwing things together. Today I came up with these delicious stuffed mushrooms that I scoffed down in a flash.

Salsa

Servings:
enough for two and lots of chips! :-)

This is my salsa recipe I mentioned in "What's your favorite raw supper?". Cranberry asked me to post the measurements, so I thought I should also add it to the recipe section.
I really love this salsa (along with my home-made guacamole) in salad wraps! :-) But it's also great with chips and crackers and everything else that salsa is good for. ;-)

Raw style Sauteed String Beans

Servings:
2 1 cup servings

One of my favorite cooked meals was sauteed string beans, I figured why can't I make the same dish but without the heat. Truth be told it's much better raw - there is a delightful crunch to the raw style sauteed string beans.
