I usually prefer to cut fruit and eat it rather than drink smoothies. This may seem simple enough, but it seems to get overlooked. This makes a delicious breakfast and snack throughout the day. This started out as a red cabbage coleslaw with strawberries recipe, but i kept adding things to try to come up with every color of the rainbow. :)
this stuff is an AMAZING spread. because of the fennel and tomato it is reminiscent of tomato-fennel sausages, but the consistency is that of a light guacamole.
