Ok this recipe is origninally supposed to be boiled, but I have always thought that herbs and other antibiotic foods have been more potent and effective when eaten raw. So here is a now RAW immunity soup.
A summery and light but filling soup that comes straight from your garden. You do not have to add the apple, but it adds a slight sweetness that really brings out the whole flavor of the soup. The red bell pepper is opptional.
I orginally made this as a tomato sauce for zucchini pasta, but added too much water and came out with a delicious soup. Add less water for a sauce.
This is my first contribution to the raw recipe pool. I made this for a picnic and even the most carnivorous guests liked it! You could really add any veggies you like to this, but the red, yellow and green are quite nice floating in a white base.
I realize there are a few corn chowder recipes on this site, but I guess they are all a little different!
Savory and sweet. The blend of pineapple and tomato juice as a soup base was surprising for me, but they really work well together.
