Celebrating the end of one season and the beginning of another... Although, I'm a little late - I just like summer that much :)
I love Pirawna's Frozen Banana Bon Bons, but I made such a different version of them yesterday that I though it was worth posting.
I replaced the carob and coconut oil with mint and tahini, and got a very refreshing, sweet, icy treat. I also used dates to sweeten instead of agave.
Preparation time: 20-25 minutes, makes 4 servings
Delicious chocolatey balls of love for you to share...gives you heaps of energy...i eat a couple before i go out dancing and they keep me going until the wee smalls hours of the morning! x
This date and nut torte is a great alternative to a traditional birthday cake. It tastes amazing, the kids loved it.. and so did we!
The frosting has a nice lemon zing to it.
We used a food processor to whip this up but you may be able to get away with using a blender if that's all you have on hand.
