Here's a recipe for chocolate fudge sauce that's super super easy. It's a recipe based on a simple ratio (yay! math is fun!):

An easy and delicious pie crust that doubles as a great way to use of leftover nut pulp from making milk.

Don't be scared if this crust seems really tough when you try and cut into it. It's actually quite nice and even chewy when eaten. Just use a sharp knife to cut it. I attempted a butter knife, because every single other piece of cutlery was dirty (sadly, no joke); we ended up just picking them up and biting into them.

variations include mixing in a bunch of dried mulberries or goji berries, adding a pinch of cayenne, or substituting just walnuts instead of the pumpkin seeds.

YOU CAN CLASSIFY THIS AS A DESSERT OR A SALAD I BELIEVE, PERSONALLY I WOULD EAT IT AS A DESSERT ANY DAY. After purchasing our new ice cream maker over the 4th of July weekend, we couldn’t resist another weekend of experimentation. My husband loves fresh cherries so I brought home a 2 pound bag of big fresh organic cherries (from our co-op). This turned out amazing! I believe I had beginners luck creating my own recipe! My husband absolutely loved this rich decadent ice cream. Enjoy!
