Creamy Hemp Chocolate Ice Cream

This chocolate ice cream is so rich and creamy. Even when frozen for more than a couple days, it still scoops easily because of the beneficial fats the hemp provides.

After staring at my fridge wondering what to make for breakfast tomorrow, I thought of this. It’s much better than I expected and the total is much tastier than the sum of it’s parts…(that’s how the saying goes, right?)

Light (Non Nut) Basic Bread

Servings: 
makes about 6 slices, or one full tray

About 1.5 cups of raw wheat berries (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup of wet sunflower seed pulp (from making milk perhaps)
2 teaspoons of sea salt
1 squirt of agave nectar
1/4 olive oil

Happy Smoothie, Happy Liver

This is a smoothie I made one morning for my older brother and I. The combination of ginger and beet is really soothing especially for the digestive tract and the citrus is really energizing. This got my morning started right. This uses a juicer and a Variable Speed Vita-mix.
Oh! Be careful with the beet, it can stain everything in sight, including curious dogs!
