Spicy, tart and addictive. Great with guacomole or salsa.

I stole this idea from “Top Chef” contestant Richard Blais and twisted it a bit to fit me. It’s so light and tasty I just scarfed down all of it.

I got this from Tanya’s Site so all props to her. I am posting this in response to SICK of NUTS and for all of us who refuse to spend half your budget on NUTS only to gain nothing but bloated bellies and weight. My daughter and I ate these before my wife could get home. It is really tasty and worth a try.

I wanted some kind of taco that was simple and didn’t require me to run the food processor or blender, since the hubby was sleeping. This came out great. My hubby tried it and liked it, but I chopped everything up into taco salad for him. A nice quick and refreshing taco (or salad)!!!!

This is a delicious Fat-Free alternative to Guac. I could eat my own weight in guacamole if left to my own devices and this is a lighter alternative.
