Sunny Honey Balls

Servings:
15 or so

This is a modified recipe from reallyrawhoney.com. You could try to subsititute agave instead of the honey if you like, but the raw honey has a very thick consistency that helps for the balls. This is a great sweet treat that even non-raw people like.

Fruity Chia Jelly

Servings:
Makes 1 cup

This dish is very simple, very tasty and very filling!

I've had some chia seeds sitting in my pantry for a few months now and, after a little research, made some chia seed gel (1/3 cup chia seeds mixed with 2 cups of water or fresh fruit juice - or perhaps a nut milk).

Haha, it was very exciting to wait, and watch, those little seeds to soak up the water - a minimum of 10 minutes - and the gel can be stored in the refrigerator, in a sealed container (for up to 2 weeks if mixed with water). It reminded me of pearl tapioca which I haven't eaten since I was 7 years old!

Cheezy Almonds

Servings:

I experimenting with making some traveling foods. These turned out so good, that I don't think I can make them very often because I can't stay out of them! I didn't use measurements, because they aren't necessary and so that you can make as many as you want.
