To my delight, this shake is more vanilla than banana. I made this to cure a craving my husband was having. I think one of the keys is to use a less ripe frozen banana. The less ripe the less banana flavor. This recipe was the answer to my previously SAD eater husband when he told me he was REALLY craving a vanilla milkshake. It's not just delicious, it also provides great energy and usable protein! Check out other recipes at http://reneegoesraw.wordpress.com/
While looking for a way to use ocelot's fantastic recipe for Rawtella (http://goneraw.com/node/2182), I came up with this simple, tasty smoothie recipe. Enjoy!
This is a really good shake! Perfect for hot summer evening, even better when sharing with friends and family. Use any nut milk or even oat milk, but cashew milk is tops in my book. It's pretty easy to make too!
Makes a big, tall glass of happiness. Easy and excellent way to wake up in the morning—keeps you going all day long.
Really good milkshake. Tastes like liquid banana bread. Yum!
