A fabulous means of getting your greens! When the delicious combo of garlic and hemp meld with the sweetness of dates, you’ll forget that you’re eating an entire leaf of chard. Also works great with collards or nori.
I definitely ripped this off from another recipe on this site called strawberry banana cookies. I just happened to have everything thing on hand but strawberries…and love chocolate! thus, my first raw recipe, Chocolate Banana Cookies!
These could also be a nut free cookie if done with sunflower seeds….I havent tried it, but it could probably work.
This is a great smoothie to start off your day. I’m not a huge fan of green smoothies, but I really enjoy this one! Two of the few non vegan things I like to indulge in are raw honey and bee pollen. Bee pollen only for its incredible protein and vitamin content.
When I add it to a smoothie (it goes really well with this one in particular) I usually throw in a tablespoon.
I called this “Fortifying Banana Milk” because of the protein filled hemp seeds.
This is an excellent milk to have with raw cereal or grawnola. A great morning boost and so quick & easy!
Thick and creamy dressing thats tangy with a nice hint of spice. You could also double or triple the recipe and use it as a dipping sauce for veggies or nori rolls.
