2-3Hi this is a amazing recipe I yust invented today after my 10 km yogging action.
i strictly recommend to yust use organic fruits first of all it`s all about the frequency BABY...but secondly because I am from time to time really lazy it is the best to deplug the stem of the kiwi and trough it in the high speed blender right away ;-) with out peeling. Sidenote most of the vitamins in fruits are directly underneath the peel. SO ....

or simply for a hot day.
I throw it in a water bottle and take it
with me to the tennis court, or on a long, long bike ride. The limons help my impulses and the agave replenishes my energy slowly without creating a sugar high/crash.
