Raw Vegan Makizushi
Makizushi (lit. rolled sushi) or makimono (lit. variety of rolls) is cylindrical piece, formed with the help of a bamboo mat, called a makisu. Makizushi is generally wrapped in nori, but can occasionally be found wrapped in a thin omelette, soy paper, cucumber, or parsley. Makizushi is usually cut into six or eight pieces, which constitutes a single roll order. Below is a RAW FOOD RECIPE I came up with last night.

Thai Coleslaw
You could make this with any kind of sauce you like. This sauce is "Thai" because it contains a lot of classic Thai flavors, but you could modify it to taste however you want!
Hemp Seed Avocado Sushi
Sushi has always been my favorite food pre-raw. Especially avocado sushi! So i was determined to recreate it in a familiar way. I have never seen hemp used in a raw vegan recipe as an alternative to rice (perhaps because it's quite expensive) but the taste and the appearance are wonderfully similar, and it's great for you! These could not have been more successful at satisfying my craving.
Ginger Mushrooms & Wilted Asian Greens
This is so like a cooked stirfy you could easily fool your cooked foodie friends. The mushrooms you need to do in advance, but you could get away with not dehydrating the greens if you let the dish sit and marinade for a half hour or so, or just eat them crunchy.
"But it smells like GRASS!" Smoothie
This recipe is really good and I drink it at least once a day. Most of my non-vegan/vegetarian friends fear this drink, though. That's where the smoothie recipe derives its name, "But it smells like GRASS!" If it is really GREEN, then you know it is GOOD for you!
Green is good!
Enjoy!
