This isn't my recipe, I had it at a raw foods restaurant a few years ago and fell in love. I have one every morning. It is a fantastic way to eat Kale or even collard greens which are amazing for you, and are more easily digestible in smoothie form. The Vitamin C in this really wakes you up too.
We just got back from shopping and both of us were sooo tired! I asked my husband what sounded good for a pick-me-up, and he suggested a smoothie (we usually just have one for breakfast). So I whipped this up with some of the yummy organic fruits we just got. WOW!!
