Autumn is here. It's yummy soup season. I created this raw soup for my Mom based on a cooked African soup recipe. It's quick, easy and delicious. The colors are very inviting as well. Your vitamin and spices will gently warm it just enough to create the illusion of a warm winter West-African wonderland! Come one, you know Johnny loves to get jiggy jazzy with his recipes... and words!
This is a wonderful chili that takes less time to make then the conventional one. Let it sit overnight in the fridge and it tastes even better. Crumble in your favorite vegan pattie, bean sprouts, or other veggies to get it a chewy texture. We recommend serving it over soaked wild rice, soaked whole oat groats, or soaked barley. Top with some Pure Cheddar Nut Cheese and you have a real treat!

This is one of my unique inventions and creations 3 years ago in my 1st book RAW IN TEN MINUTES I am surprised people don’t talk about it or I don’t see it elsewhere it is a really fun recipe! My roommates in the Mission in San Francisco were really enthusiastic when I was writing RAW IN TEN MINUTES and they asked me a lot of questions. One asked me if I had a Chili Cheese Fries recipe, so I thought about it and came up with this one! One other roommate asked if I had a “Steak” recipe he was vegetarian but was joking around but I came up with one that I will post later too. Chili Cheese Fries yum, this one really looks and tastes like it too!
I’ve been cooking for my family + my Aunt, Uncle, and niece, and I was making them beef chili (eww…) but it smelled SO GOOD I was dying for a good chili. I ran out to my fridge and found some good stuff to make chili with and this is what I came up with. I didn’t have to add any seasonings or salt, although I’m sure you could if you wanted to.
