2 big saladsI like to snack on these after a long run and never knew quite what to do with them. I can only find them at Whole foods in the mushroom section. They are green squiggles. Found this recipe on Melissa’s organic food Website and tried it. It’s really different and yummy if you’re craving a salty crunchy meal. The Sea bean is also called Salicornia.

serves 1My first green smoothie recipe to make! Very yummy and energizing. My favorite fruit smoothie was always Strawberry Banana with a bit of orange, so I added the spinach and it was a winner! This smoothie keeps well overnight in the fridge for a great ‘to go’ breakfast.
