I'm Morgan. I'm 25, new to Gone Raw. I've been struggling with bulimia since I was 15, and I recently decided to fully commit to a healthy lifestyle, once and for all. I'm using Natalia Rose's detox 4 women book right now, and so far so good. :) Eating half a bar of dark chocolate a day definitely eases the transition.
Can't wait to meet and connect with other raw foodists!
I am not new to Raw, but I am new to Maui! I live here with my son and sister and we are looking to build a raw community, we started a group on meetup.com and I am just curious if there is anyone on here from Maui who would like to join our group as a way to support encourage and enjoy the raw food lifestyle! I love the vibrance, clarity and peace that has become apart of my life since discovering a cleaner way of eating, I want to share my experiences, my recipes and thoughts with other like-minded people! Check out the group at: http://www.meetup.com/Thrive-Maui-Raw-Living-Cuisine/

Hey everyone, I'm Shanice from Manchester UK. I'm trying to kick off into raw foods with a green smoothie and juice fast. I got on my scales last week and saw a number I did not like, I've always been overweight so didn't really see what was wrong with it until I put on 2 stones extra with the help of my birth control implant, the extra lbs have given me bad knees to the point where I cant walk too far and I'm only 21. That's when I realised that I need to try raw foods again I want to spend the rest of my life as a healthy person. Last time I failed because I thought I could do it all alone but I just can't which is why I'm here to make friends and have a support network.
sorry for rambling on lol
Hello! My name is Faryn and I am new to raw. I started this lifestyle spontaneously 3 weeks ago. I have lost 17# and I feel so much better than when I was on the SAD diet. I just posted a recipe for avocado salsa, I hope you guys will try it out and enjoy it like i enjoy it.
My boyfriend of 7 years and I were huge Foodies. BBQ's all the time and our whole relationship was smothered in our love for food. My boyfriend has supported my lifestyle change and he has joined me as well. I have also started writing a blog about going from the SAD diet to the raw vegan lifestyle. I hope you guys (especially starters) can find some inspiration and humor as I go along on my journey. I am looking for some connections and support. The first blog is called "My brutal breakup with butter". and it only goes on from there.
