I've been struggling for, well, EVER to find a "treat" that will satisfy my chocolate cravings that seem unabated despite doing "all the right things" in terms of foods to eat that should get rid of sweets cravings. I've even worked with both a naturopath and acupuncturist! Tonight, I hit on this tea that is so simple, I'm shocked I hadn't considered trying it before. It definitely helped curb my craving tonight, when the raw chocolate mousse I made from a recipe in the cafe Gratitude recipe book and the accompanying raspberry cashew cream topping was shouting my name from the fridge (I already ate enough today!).
