Strawberry, Coconut & Carob Stack!
Providing you've got some buckwheaties (instructions can be found on my website), this dish is really quick to prepare: It took me about 30 minutes. It looks pretty awesome for the short preparation needed…tastes fabulous too – the coconut water in the sauce gives it an extra creaminess.
On top of that it's only got 5 ingredients in total and there are no processed or concentrated sugars. Simple, quick and tasty…now that's how I like my raw desserts!
You can find more raw recipes on my website: http://pathlesstrodden.com
For how to make buckwheaties check out the post entitled 'raw dehydrated grain sprouts' on my website. You can use the search button to find it.
Indian Kesar Kheer (Chia "rice" pudding with saffron and pistachios)
I ADORE Indian sweets and milky desserts! This one is a near replica of the original flavor!
Mint tahini frozen banana bon bons
I love Pirawna's Frozen Banana Bon Bons, but I made such a different version of them yesterday that I though it was worth posting.
I replaced the carob and coconut oil with mint and tahini, and got a very refreshing, sweet, icy treat. I also used dates to sweeten instead of agave.
Healthy mango mousse/pudding
I made this, inspired but mango lassi... It turns out so delicious, and creamy!
I supposed it would be delicious over a nut crust... yum!
