I made up this breakfast for myself, after looking in the fridge at what I had.
I discovered this by accident. I made a smoothie and left it for a few minutes and it jelled and turned fairly solid (kind of like a chia pudding). Rather then tossing it, I kept it in the fridge and the next day added some of it to my blender with some additional water and greens, Vita Mixed it for a few seconds and viola! A 1 minute smoothie!
Pretty pink color too (BTW, berry measurements are approx.)
I just came up with this, after discovering barley malt syrup! Love it!! :9
This is my new favorite green smoothie. It is smooth & creamy, low fat and alkalizing. I add dehydrated shredded / desiccated coconut & chill for a beautiful pudding. You could probably add thick creamed coconut for a smooth pudding also, but I have not tried that yet. But I plan to!!! MMMmmmm
I absolutely love durian. This recipe would be good as a pudding, make it thicker for an icing or freeze for an ice cream. I’m not sure if the spinach adds to the flavour, I originally added it for additional nutrition and I haven’t tried it without it yet.
