Delicious wraps which are excellent for travelling, work lunch and just generally pigging out on! The photo shows them like an open sandwich before they are wrapped up. I used to love grilled portabella mushroom burgers so here is my raw version. Traditionally these burgers are served with cheese and some type of sause so I’ll bet you could make raw versions of those. I opted to leave them out.
This is my new favorite samich! I make it open faced and it’s quick and delicious. I hope you enjoy it.
