sharing raw, vegan recipes and advice
This recipe requires freezing, which I think isn't considered raw by everyone, but here it is anyway....
It's sweet and very fresh tasting (i love mint) perfect for hot summer nights, and the most brilliant colour!
I'm on a curry kick! This recipe is delicious by itself or in a collard green wrap with my Cauliflower Curry Patties (http://www.goneraw.com/recipe/cauliflower-curry-patties), young coconut meat and tomatoes. But be free, serve it however you wish! I promise you that this recipe is flavorful and you won't be disappointed.
I was craving two very different things, and decided to marry the two. This dish resulted! It was very good, so I decided to share it. Though I think I may do a few things differently, for the first creation of its kind, I'd have to say it turned out pretty well. I was quite satisfied and had plenty of left overs.
