Linda's Famous Pico
This is a really simple and delicious pico that I made even before I was raw.
"Magic Carpet Ride" Sprout Tacos
I like making up stupid names for my recipes, sorry. It makes them seem more exciting to me, hahaha. Anyway…these are sprout tacos, pretty self-explanatory but very, very delicious in my opinion.
Fajitas
Really fresh tasting fajitas, that my partner now prefers to the greasy cooked variety.
You can increase the cayenne & garlic content if you like things spicier!
Grilled Meat! for stir-frys, BBQ Beef, Kebabs, etc
This will make a grilled meat type flavor and texture. Very hearty and even chewy. I worked on this for a year. Now it’s just right. Goes well with my “Sweet Tangy Southern Barbeque Sauce” mushroom lemon dates sage thyme rosemary
Rich Cheddar Sauce
Adapted from “Rejuvenate Your Life” by Serene Allison. I found it on Raw Food Talk.
I find this sauce is creamiest when I use soaked cashews. It can be used for pizza, on top of warmed broccoli, in lasagna, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: I have listed this recipe in the Kids category, but babies and some young toddlers (such as those with a family history of nut allergies) should not eat any nut products. Please consult your pediatrician before serving nuts to your child.
