I'm now on detox (after Christmas' abuses...) and I WANTED to eat that so delicious carrot and caramel raw cake in the fridge... So I decided to create a caramel Green Smoothie to undergo that craving! My husband, who loves smoothies, (but not the greens ones!) told me, after tasting: "Oh... you can make me THAT kind of green smoothie..." Victory!
The best chocolate ice cream I've ever made! Who would want to eat processed one, after eating this?! Yum!
To kick start the Halloween season I created these Raw Caramel Apples. They were so simple and delicious! I could not believe how similar they tasted to caramel!

Haagen Dazs' Style Banana Ice Cream (spicy vanilla ice cream with pistachios, chocolate chips and caramel swirl)
I've just created this scrumpulous ice cream... The decadent mix of flavor reminded me of those treat-packed Haagen Dazs ice cream... Better and healthier!
This is a great recipe for Fall. Tahini and maple syrup are a very unlikely, but absolutely heavenly, combination. I know maple syrup isn't technically raw, but it really adds to the flavor. I also feel like maple syrup is one of those non-raw ingredients (like nutritional yeast) that is accepted in raw recipes. The caramel sauce looks and tastes like a slightly nutty caramel, perfect for dipping apples in.
