ChocoMelt Cookies

ChocoMelt Cookies

I’ve been making lots of coconut milk and almond milk to feed my addiction to Superfood Coffee so what do I do with all the leftover pulp? Not one to waste, I came up with this recipe.

Almond Joy & Mounds Treats

Almond Joy & Mounds Treats
Servings:
Makes approximately 25 balls or 18-20 cookies

My husband actually called these “the bomb”. Takes great and fills the sweet craving we all have sometimes.

chocolate banana soy pudding

Servings:
makes about 8 -- 1/2 cup servings

I’m not sure if homemade soy milk is raw or not. I threw this together for my kids this morning because I soaked too many soybeans last night and needed to use the resulting soy milk. I’m honestly not sure why it set into pudding. I was trying to make chocolate milk sweetened with banana instead of stevia. But by the time it was cool enough to give to my 2 yr old, it was the consistency of pudding.
My kids loved this.

makes 12 pops

great for “on the go”

French Toast Oatmeal

French Toast Oatmeal
Servings:
3-4

Great for transitioning kids or to satisfy a sweet tooth. The maple syrup really gives it that ‘french toast’ flavor, but feel free to substitute sweetener of choice, or none at all.
