Ingredients
2 tablespoons cacao beans (powdered)
3 medium bananas
1½ cups coconut water
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons almonds (soaked or rinsed)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend all ingredients well in a high speed blender. Pour in a large glass and enjoy the spiciness.

By humanimalEver since Nagev came up with his superfood shake with cayenne, I have been using it in my shakes.
I wanted something a little more simple so I make them with my favorite food--bananas!
You can always add more cayenne if you want some tears and a cleared nose. :)
