Recipe Directions

1. Blend ingredients. Add water slowly to reach a thicker-than-smoothie consistency - you want it gluggy but pourable.

2. Taste for agave quantities (I don't think I added as much as 1 tablespoon but it wouldn't hurt to, or even add more if you have a sweet tooth.)

3. Pour into icy pole (aka popsicle) molds.

4. Freeze for 12 hours.

I'm going to look for some here, but I'll probably have to wait for summer. We supersize everything eventually! ;o)

Awesome! About a year ago I ground soaked macadamia nuts with frozen strawberries and some sweetener and the result was amazing, like a smooth soft serve berry sorbet and cream. I should make that again now; I've got plenty of mac nuts. Thanks for posting this.

Pam, hahaha they are definitely bigger than the ones I've seen overseas! I'm in Australia and these are the classic sized icypoles we have, though you can occasionally find smaller ones for lil kids. Maybe it's the heat that's made our frozen goodies evolve so large :p

Yum1 Are your popsicles as big as they look? Where did you get your molds? The molds I typically see are child sized.
