Cold and refreshing. A delicious spin on chocolate milk. It would be great to serve at a party as a non-alcoholic delicious beverage.

Recipe Directions

1. Throw all the stuff in a blender. Just use your best judgement for the amounts. You can't really mess it up.

2. Add more ice to make colder and icier and less or more water if you want thicker or thinner. When you are done, there should be a chocolatey milk with some coconut shreds still surviving and floating on top like a frothy layer.

Amaretto was one of my favorite alcoholic drinks. It took me a while to realize it meant almond flavour, not cherry flavour. This drink sounds lovely!
