Ingredients
4 oz almond butter
8 oz rejuvelac
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp tamari
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove
1 1b spinach (500 g), roughly torn
1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 tbsp fresh mint or 1 tsp dried
2 tbsp almonds or pumpkin seeds soaked 24 hours
Recipe Directions
1. process first 6 ingredients
2. add spinach and onion and pulse-chop until evenly cut up
3. serve topped with mint and nuts

AND all kinds of incredibly useful charts in the back (sprouting, seasons of foods, food combining, etc). If you like this recipe, you'll like her other recipes and should probably just go ahead and buy her pretty book :) there are little notes about this recipe i didn't include
