Violet.eye's Thoughts
By violet.eyeThis dip is very addictive and great with pears or apples.
I used a blender, but it was working pretty hard, so I'd recommend using a food processor instead.
Enjoy as a dip with your favorite fruits. If you want tapioca pudding, just add water slowly until desired texture.

Have you thought of adding chia seeds? They give a texture similar to tapioca pearls when they touch wet substances.

I tried this and it was very tasty though I didn't quite get the tapioca hit off of it. Shredded coconut is referenced in the instructions but isn't listed in the ingredients. I used 1/4 cup but could you amend to show the amount? Thanks!

That sounds great! Tapioca pudding is often something I crave when I'm totally raw.
